Sci-tech Presentation and Symposium in Library Field of DPRK
A national sci-tech presentation and symposium in the library field took place at the Grand People's Study House from November 22 to 24 under the sponsorship of the Korean Library Association of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Science and Technology of Korea.
Present there were teachers, researchers, postgraduates and others from more than tens of units including Kim Il Sung University, Kim Chaek University of Technology, Kim Hyong Jik University of Education and the State Academy of Sciences.
Presented to it were valuable research papers conducive to making all the people well-versed in science and technology.
In this period, there were a lecture on the development trend of libraries and in-depth discussions on the formation of integrated library system.
Drawing the attention of the participants and members of the jury were proposals for the evaluation of service function of university library homepage, the method of browsing intranet using certification service system and library stock analysis system.
