- Do not drink beer or other drinks as a substitute for water.

Some people prefer to drink beer or all sorts of sweet juice instead of water when they are thirsty, which is very bad.

Beer or sweet juice is not able to relieve thirst.

And people with high cholesterol, hypertension, hyperglycemia, and gout may have worse disease.
