Researchers studied many people’s eating habits and analyzed the effects of different breakfasts on lifespan.

They concluded that the disease-preventive properties of dried fruit are attributed to the concentration of natural nutrients and dietary fiber during the drying process.

Most dried fruit is also a rich source of potent antioxidants that can prevent heart diseases and cancer.
