Nine Practices for Brain Training

1. Have breakfast one hour after you wake up in the morning.

2. Think about a variety of things in bundles.

3. In the case of an office worker, stand up once every hour.

4. After lunch, take a little nap or have a chat.

5. Stimulate a tactile sensation by touching things with your hands while you close your eyes.

6. Change the direction of thought.

7. Consciously use a hand which is rarely used in your daily life.

8. Go home from work on a different road from usual.

9. Do something before you go to bed.
