When you have a cold

- Eat two or three cloves of garlic at a time, two or four times at or after a meal. You may crush garlic and snuff often. Garlic juice kills the virus that causes cold, and stops coughing.

- Crush a certain amount of onion base and ginger together, add it to boiling water, and then snuff the steam out of it. It is also good to eat the hot onion soup two or three times a day.

- Always clean your mouth with a soft saline water in the morning and evening during the epidemic period of cold.
