- If you hold both ear droplets using your thumb and forefinger and pull them down, the flow of blood into the cervical spine is improved.
- Place your cervical spine on the edge of a table and perform a slow rotational exercise.
- Put a pillow under your chin as you lie facedown and move your neck from left to right with the chin as a backing point
- Move the neck from back to forth and from left to right.
- Using your thumb, press the cervical spine (the top of the spine).
- Put one hand on the side of your head and the other hand on your chin. First use the hand on the side and push towards the opposite shoulder and then the hand on the chin to push upwards.
