Eating a lot of soy sauce is not good. It is particularly bad for patients with chronic diseases. People with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, diabetes, etc. should avoid eating much soy sauce.

Excessive intake of soy sauce may not only be useless but also cause other diseases and even exacerbate existing chronic disease conditions. It is due to the high sodium content in the soy sauce including sodium glutamate, sodium benzoate and sodium chloride.
