Some years ago, on one day of January, the Respected General Secretary has visited the Pyongyang Trolley-bus Factory.
On this day he has inspected a new kind of trolley-bus made in the factory. He has climbed on the bus to inspect its interior carefully. He has accidently seen a bar built on the windows and said to the officials why it is there.
Having heard from the officials that it has been built for the purpose of protecting the windows of the bus from the passengers, he stammered it might be inconvenient for the passengers. He has himself sat down on the chair together with an official to confirm its convenience.
He has said that the bar was really inconvenient to the passengers because it hindered their activities blocking their shoulders when they sat down on the chair.
He said to the officials what about removing the bar and reducing the height of the neighbouring windows instead.
Pointing to the chair made of plastic in the bus, he instructed to cover it with something warm since it looked like chilling and cold for the passengers.
How careful he had been to secure convenience for the people even dealing with a negligible bar or a chair !
His sublime behaviour has, indeed, taught to the officials in their heart what kind of standpoint and position they must have in their ordinary thinking and practice even when dealing with a small negligible problem.
